Why did NBC News and MSNBC report the success of TARP without ever revealing their boss GE received TARP funds?

Almost seems like NBC News and MSNBC have been caught in a lie... reporting the great success and all the benefits of the TARP program ...but NEVER revealing they actually were kept afloat by the TARP program. Seems like the White House told NBC to keep this quiet, yet extol all the greatness of Obama's bailouts, including the bailout of GE, the parent owner of NBC News and MSNBC.

Where's all the grand journalistic ethics the left always claims about their precious NBC News?

Seems they need a lesson in ethics from Fox News.

Update:

Thumbs Down-- I know TARP was a Bush program, but it's exploitation for fanciful bailouts, well beyond its original intent was an Obama invention. And this includes the TARP bailout for GE; happened at the behest of Obama to bailout a huge corporate supporter.

I am sure that President George W. Bush definitely told them to that considering he was the one that signed TARP into law. Don't pretend that you have caught people in a law when you don't possess factual information. TARP was a Bush program!

They did mention that but you would never know since you never watch MSNBC.
