Check your states [assuming you live in some state or other] Motor vehicle regulations. Available on line!

Depends on the state your in, and by push start I assume you mean kick start, and the fact it came without lights means no you have no power for your lights, however you can buy a lighting kit for it, comes with a new flywheel, stator and rectifier, some even come with the battery and all the lights, check Ebay for the best deals.

Of that is a 4 stroke than you're waiting to! notwithstanding it will be puzzling reason that little 50 cc engine change into not ment to ability lights and stuff like that! it would want to be more less expensive to really purchase a scooter or something like that!

You will need to check the regulations in your state. You will probably need all of the following:
-two-beam headlight and high/low beam switch;
-brake light with switches to operate it from both front and rear brake leves;
-tail light and licence plate illumination;
-turn signals front and rear;
-horn;
-charging system that can operate all of the above;
-at least one rear-view mirror;
-road-legal tires.

1st check your title or MSO.
If "OFF ROAD USE ONLY" is typed on this document then the answer is NO!
