yes you can. I did it. All it takes is burning fat and some core excersizes every day to get toned abs. I simply did a 4x5x4 workout weightlifting workout (4 sets of 5 reps of 4 lifts) and a 4x30sx2 ab workout (4 sets of 30s of two ab excersizes) and running a mile every other day and doing speed work every day for half an hour. some lifts you can do are power cleans, dead lifts, pull ups (usually for 10 reps though, and u can try different grips when you do pull ups), rows, hang cleans, bicep curls, bench press (once again you can try different grips), Romanian dead lifts, different types of push ups, and a lot more, and remember if you're working out often to switch muscles on alternating days. And the key to burning fat is ALWAYS trying hard and pushing yourself. Some core excersizes are any type of plank, russian twists, corkscrews, and bridges (reverse planks). Don't be afraid to make excersizes harder! Pain breeds success!

In my opinion, and from personal experience, yes you are very able to get abs within 3 monthes, i actually think you would be able to get it within a month, because when I was working out, (i weighted at least 168 pounds) I shaved off, all of my fat, got a flat stomach (where you can see the outline of the abs) within about 3 weeks of working out, and it all depends on diet, and your will to keep going, i am 200 pounds, still have that flat stomach (i stopped for a month, getting fatter, going to work out again) but sometimes, i think all it is, is your very own confidence in yourself.

Source(s): Maybe its just my genetics. not sure.

like that person said, you have abs.

If they don't show, the only way to get them showing is to lose fat.

You could do 3 million situps a day, but if you eat mroe than you burn, you wont get abs
