Is the number of nerve cells remain same from birth to death?

Do new nerve cells are formed from other cells(like stem cells). I need complete information

    Cells constantly die and reform, including nerve cells. Not to mention the fact that we grow all the time and nerves do with us. New nerve cells can be formed from stem cells, thats kind of the whole point of stem cells. They are the first basic cells of a zygote that form a new human being, nerve cells included
