What does "tu si puedo" mean in Spanish?
I don't really understand the use of "si" in sentences like that.
sorry for the confusion with accents, there's an accent no the tu but not on the si. and it's just part of a sentence, it's not the full sentence, which is:
Sabes tu(accent) si puedo usar el computador del laboratorio?

Tú sí puedes/Yo sí puedo mean Yes you can/ Yes I can
The word "sí" in this phrase is to make emphasize the action or what is intended by the verb (that in this case is "can")

Tú sí puedes Yes, you can.
Sí is an afirmation in this sentence when it has the accent mark.
In the case of Sabes tú si puedo usar el computador del laboratorio? In this casi SI without an accent mark is the same as IF in english.
Do you know IF I can use the computer at the laboratory?
Cheers!

I don't think it means anything. That phrase just doesn't make sense.
Tu is the familiar form of you
Puedo is the first-person singular present tense of the verb poder, to be able to, and thus means "I can"
Si (without the accent) means "if"
So "si puedo" means "if I can"
Adding the tu doesn't make sense because now you're mixing persons (first and second)

Si without an accent means "if"
So that would mean "You if I can" which doesn't make much sense..
If you meant to put an accent on the i like sí, then that sentence wouldn't really make sense either. Buttttt if it is supposed to be "tú sí puedes," then that would mean "Yes You Can" and that's a fairly common expression

si = if
sí = yes
tú si puedo = you, if I can
tú sí puedo = you, yes I can
It's hard to tell without the rest of the sentence.

that sentence really doesn't make sence but if u ment "yo si puedo" then it means yes i can
there are two types of "si"
the one with an accent means yes
the one without means if/but
