My brand new boots zipper won't budge, what do I do?
These are the shoes:

except in grey and purple. The thing is the left shoes zipper won't budge, at all. I can't zip it up or down, it just stays at the top, the way I got it. What can I do to unjam it or something? Do i need to take it back to the store? Please and thank you,

Im not kidding, zip it really quickly up and down, I did that with my little sisters boots and it worked.
and make sure that the zipper thingies are not stuck on anything and make sure its flat and not "bumpy" when you try to zip up/down :)
