The sound on my computer sounds higher pitched?
When I play anything with sound on my computer, it sounds much higher pitched than it should.
What can I do to fix it?

best guess from me is to go to start-control panel-hardware-audio-change system sound from there you should be able to change whatever you like and find a good balance.

that is using fact there is something interfering with the desktops sound according to hazard a telephone, cellular telephone, microwave, etc in case you may pass between the issues that are interfering then it would be ok. If that is no longer the challenge then open up your laptop at the same time as that is nevertheless working and see the place the noise is coming from. If that is close to the sound card the replace your sound card. if that is in common terms a continuing beep noise such as you have defined it once you turn your laptop on it potential that that somethings incorrect which comprise your sound card and/or your movies card.

Did you recently change your cmos battery? I had the same problem when I did that. If not, try reinstall your audio driver
