If a fan goes to the Swan and Dolphin for baseball's winter meetings, what is there to see?

I assume it's just whatever baseball team staff or media are milling around the lobby or hallways. Is that about right?

    Yeah, you could run into a few GM's, maybe some writers for ESPN or other sports sources.

    Also, Carl Pavano showed up in person, he'd be great to run into!
