Viet new comers! Vietnamese feedbacks preferred .?

I would like to ask this question in this section as I think you guys as Vietnamese often come in here so I just want to keep it to a narrow group to discuss.

I have seen recently a number of Vietnamese who I believe the new comers from Vietnam in California. I can tell by the way they behave, talk and dress. What bothers me the most is that they are extremely loud in the public! I see them in stores, shopping malls, markets and they talk so freaking loud without respecting the surroundings. Why do they do that? Aren't they supposed to learn the culture before they arrive? The Chinese people are the same. They walk and talk on the phone like they want everyone in the mall to hear what they are saying. They probably live in a crowded environment and all the motobikes, cars honking so loud and constantly and they have to talk loud so people can hear? If you ever encounter one or some people as I describe you know what I mean.

you CANNOT learn the culture before you arrive. You can learn certain aspects but really you have to experience most situations in order to learn from them.

Talking loud in public is a little bit ignorant but it's not the end of the world...

There's lots of motorbikes in Vietnam. They talk loud because they think the person on the other end can't hear them. Reception is also sometimes not very good. Country folks seems to talk louder than necessary.

Don't worry, give em a few years. They'll be just like you.

i see that you are annoying by these situations...but it is not them you can blames on..it's the peoples that sponsors them here or brought them here..at least, they can tells them about the aspect of life's over here are different than in VN. but than again, you have to put yourself in theirs shoes and situations before you can really criticizes them too. hopefully, the new comers can catching on faster as you are giving them..only times will tells...they're not disrespecting of others, it's just that they came from....well you know...just give it times...
