What brand AR15's have barrels with "HBAR" inscribed on them?
I know colt and bushmaster do. Maybe the better question is, who doesn't have HBAR written on their barrels?
...and I'm assuming that NOT all 20" M16A2 type-barrels count as HBAR's, as far as legal terms

HBAR means Heavy Barreled Automatic Rifle. It refers to the heavy contour of the barrel, not the brand.
It would depend on the manufacturer of the barrel if they stamp those letters on their heavy barrels.
I would suggest e-mailing companies if it really matters... which it doesn't.
