What is wrong with my HP G60-125NR?

This laptop when I run wow has a frame rate of 5fps or slower, also when I try to watch streaming video online it's glitchy, laggy and often causes the sound to not sync up. The specs are comprable to my toshiba satellite that i bought at the same time and that laptop runs like a dream so does anyone know a fix cuz HP support is the worst I've ever talked to if it can be called that, waiting on hold for two hours just to speak to someone who doesn't speak english and doesn't know the product. I installed a new driver and that wasn't a fix either.
