try lying down on your left side for awhile, with a pillow between your knees. try to calm yourself down, because if you're getting yourself all worked up, that might be causing some of the breathing pain. sip at a cup of tea or coffee, the caffeine may help your breathing, too, and the warmth is soothing. let your husband call his mom if it will make either of you feel better. she may know some things that may help.
if you really feel that something is wrong or the cramping doesn't ease up in about 20-30min, then call your dr again, or go to the hospital. you don't want to freak out over every cramp, but you don't want to risk yourself or your baby, either. best of luck.

If you think you should go in I would or call his mom. If anything you can try the method of drinking 32 ounces or so of water and lay down on your left side and if the cramping goes away you should be okay. Have you had a cold or anything? The first trimester of my pregnancy was horrible I had horrible chest pain in both lungs everywhere I don;t know why I told my midwife about it and she thought it might be heartburn but its gone now I an spratically will get it. It feels like pluersy where I can't breath sometimes for 5 min b/c it feels like my chest is being ripped open. Anyways I think if you feel concerned I would just go in to ease everyones mind :) Good luck hun!

I have been having the same exact pain in the same spots as you and i am 23 weeks and 3 days. I have asked my dr over and over about it and she said its completely normal even though i know it doesn't feel normal. this is my second pregnancy and it didn't happen in my first so it freaks me out sometimes. but she also told me that if you can feel the baby move still then everything should be fine and if you aren't spotting or bleeding at all. it can't help to call your obgyn and just ask questions if you aren't sure but other wise i would just lay down and maybe take a couple tylenols. i really hope this helps you. good luck :)

IM CURRENTLY 29 WEEKS PREGNANT, AND I GOT MARRIED WHEN I WAS 20 - 21 WEEKS PREGNANT, AND ON MY HONEYMOON I GOT HEAPS OF CRAMPS.. MY DOCTOR SAID IT WAS BRAXTEN HICKS.. IT CAN HAPPEN AT ANY TIME AFTER 20 WEEKS, BECAUSE IT IS GETTING YOUR BODY READY FOR LABOUR. EVEN HTOUGH YOU ARE ONLY HALF WAY THROUGH THE PREGNANCY. I STILL GET IT ON THE OCCASION, BUT IT HASNT BEEN AS BAD AS IT WAS WHEN I WAS ON MY HONEYMOON, I WAS NEARLY IN TEARS A COUPLE OF TIMES.. IT WAS REALLY BAD. I ALSO HAD A CHEST AND SINUS INFECTION AT THE SAME TIME, SO THAT DIDNT HELP MUCH EITHER!! CONGRATULATIONS ON THE PREGNANCY, I HOPE I HELPED. THE CRAMPS ARE NORMAL, YOUR JUST GETTING READY FOR LABOUR. CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR THOUGH... BECAUSE YOU DONT WANT TO DISTRESS YOUR BABY WITH THOSE PAINS.
