The country of Spaldania has many colonies around the world. Due to their creation of roads, schools, libraries, and government builidings in all of their cities and colonies, Spaladania is heavily in debt.To help pay off this debt and balance their budget, the government leaders has imposed new taxes on all of their colonies around the world.

Many citizens from the colony of Morgeston and Paytonville feel that the taxes are unfair.The citizens in Morgeston have begun protesting the acts by damaging ther government buildings, schools, libraries. The damage has been minor so far, but fear of a larger scale of violence still exists.

In Paytonville, protestors, who have no voting rights, have decided to write petitions to the government explaning why they believe the taxes are unfair. The protestors have also begun boycotting goods that are being taxed
