macafee and kapersky on same computer?

I've used both (not at the same time) and quite honestly there's no comparison. Kaspersky is so much better in every way than McAfee. If I was you, I'd get shut of McAfee (as suggested by others, use the removal tool) and use Kaspersky instead. Kaspersky will not load unless you've completely removed any other AV.

You'll have a much more secure Laptop using Kaspersky. It's one of the best.

Uhm. . .MacAfee is doing its job. Basically, think of a security program as being like the TSA at the airport. Without the TSA we could all walk easily in and out of the terminal, get on the plane and it wouldn't take any time at all. But no. We all have to get in line and wait. And then we have to have someone check our driver's license and ticket and make sure both are real. Andh then we have to wait some more and then we have to take our shoes off and take our laptops out of our bags and wait for some one who doesn't fly to complain and not do everything right and then wait for the woman with the whiney kids and. . .you get the point. Of course MacAfee is going to slow your system down. You can be faster and not secure or secure and slower. That's just life.

1. You can only run one AV.

2. Kaspersky will only go onto a PC which has no AV

3. I would remove McAfee & run kaspersky. ( you would need to remove McAfee, then run McAfee removal tool before kaspersky will load)

Just use Kaspersky its the best along with Trend Titanium, Remove McAfee its the worst and wont find half the problems on your laptop and will slow you down.

You only need the one,when it comes to a scan it could take a long time for the to go through, just keep to the one....

Absolutely not, having more than one antivirus program will cause them to fight with one another....It will be like WWIII on your computer!!!!

The best is not to use both.. use Avira which is absolutely free and is very secure..

just one is best. sometimes they will work against each other.
