My top three favorites were already suggested. (Digimon, Full House, and The Fresh Prince of Bel Air) But since there's still reruns of Fresh Prince and Full House on local channels, I'll go with another favorite of mine that I miss seeing thee original episodes of- Dragonball Z.
Right now they have a version on TV called Dragonball Z: Kai, but it's no where near as good as the original. Ugh, stupid editors changing everything to make it "appropriate for children". Was meant for teens in the first place, not kids...

"Icky Twerp and the Slam Bang Theater" It was on Channel 11 in Fort Worth back in the late 1950's... I really enjoyed the barefooted foot runners, the three stooges, and the cartoons... Once again, this is another example of "They don't make 'em like they used to..."

I agree on the Rugrats!
I would bring back either the 90's Spider-Man cartoon or The Spectacular Spider-Man. I hate it when good shows end on cliffhangers : (
