I'm 21 and my boyfriend is going to turn 21 in November. He keeps saying that he's going to keep alcohol in our room and I'm not ok with that.

That reason is we leave at my parents house. I help my mom take care of my dad, who had a stroke 2 years ago. We can't move out because my parents won't be able to afford the house without my boyfriend helping with rent. My family has a strict no alcohol rule at the house because of my parent's sobriety.

My boyfriend has been drinking more alcohol than me and I'm not ok with him saying he's stocking up our room with alcohol. He keeps saying he would only keep it in the room and not in front of my dad (who was a former alcoholic a long time ago). Even my sister said it's not a good idea and that mom won't come to an agreement if my boyfriend talked to her about it. He believes that if my parents are so financially dependant on him, he should do what he wants at the house.

I've told him no so many times and he won't take me seriously. What more should I tell him? I'm trying to avoid breaking up with him, since we've been together for 4 years.

I live in Humboldt County California and I found that it requires to be an ordained religious leader (minister, rabbi, reverend, etc.). I don't belong to any church, I don't even identify as atheist. Is there a way to work around it? Are those websites really worth it?

There was this music video I saw in 2007 on IMF and I don't remember the name of the song or band. I remember it was this girl doing her laundry and she found a pink sock and crawled into her washer and it was all these girls in roller skates and 70s roller outfits and they were all in pink. I thought the band was called Pink Spider but it's not. It's an alternative pop rock band. I hope everyone else is familiar with this video.

We've known each other since we were pratically born. This year had been really hard on her. After we graduated from high school, her mom's house was getting foreclosed. The week before they had to leave, her mom pasted away in her sleep and it was devastating for both of us.

I don't have a large budget. I just need to figure out what I can do for her.

I auditioned for the play my school is putting up, MacBeth. The teacher told the girls to come up with a "bitchin witch" sequence. My 2 friends and I came up with one for the opening scene and we got such over-whelming support, we had to do it again. Of course, we got excited and started talking about ideas. After auditions, the teacher put up the cast list and I didn't make it as a witch. My two friends did, including the princepal's daughter who gets every role she wanted. This was a month ago, the show is next month and I'm still bitter about it. My friend said the princepal's daughter was the one that told the teacher to cast her with the people I auditioned with, but it's not like we have proof.

So how can I get over myself?

They bug me a lot. Its nothing but a social status like Ugg boots. If a person really wants sparkly jeans, they can bedazzle their own pair and not even spend a quarter of the price on Miss Me jeans.

Please don't post remarks like "if they don't want to work on dyi jeans, then let them spend their money as they please" or similar. I'm saying no one should spend over $100 on pants that already looks worn in.

I cashed out $150 in travelers checks for my Canada trip. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it so I'm stuck with them. Can I cash them back to my bank? I don't know any places in my town I can spend with them.m.

I used to follow this site, friendship-bracelets.com, but I think it got deleted. This site had excellant visual graphs and shows which direction the knots go. Its the only thing that has been helpful; even videos are hard to see.

I'm entering an alternative beauty pageant and I'm hoping to impersonate her and write a spoof on Miss World. I was born in '93 so I don't remember the grunge age. What was her habits, voice, and attitude like? Why do people hate her? Ideas for a dress?

My boyfriend wants me to sneak out and sneak in his house so that we can sleep together (I want to sleep together before sex). I'm terrified of sneaking out or in. I'm 18 but my parents will ground me if I get caught. He and I have been together for a year.

He hasn't stopped texting or calling me about this. I'm firm about not doing it because I hate sneaking out but he doesn't understand.

In my history book, there's a girl getting a polio shot and she has this big grin on her face. Who smiles that big when getting a shot?

I despise white Christian people but I always had more respect for the gospel chruches. Maybe its for their high spirits; I don't know. If my town had a chruch with black people in it, I would go and so would a bunch of my friends.

I've been working on a book for a long time now, in protest of the Twilight series. Its about the new girl in town who joins a band cuz she has a crush on a mysterious bassist. Its starts in 8th grade and I'm hoping to end it her senior year.

I had this dream where I was at this crowded place somewhere, maybe my middle school's gym. My boyfriend was holding me at the waist and my friend, who I used to be madly in love with, was there. He turned to me and started nibbling my ear. I got weak and my bf didn't notice at all but my friend bit my ear again and I was freaking out. then I woke up.

The 1st Saturday of the month my town has Arts Alive, where people come down town to look at art and businesses are open. As a fundraiser for the Youth Relay for Life at my high school, I wanted to sell cupcakes at the gazebo (middle of the ruckus). Question is, is it that necessary for my to need a food permit? Its on the street basically as a fundraiser, not a pernament business.
