    A lite breakfast, not full of fat and carbohydrates. You might consider eating some left overs from dinner and in lieu of that, breakfast cereals, lite fruit, - you want to stay awake and be alert and if you are falling asleep because you ate something heavy won't be to your advantage.

    breakfast before a 5 hour test should be very nutritious but not heavy because you might feel sleepy if you have a heavy breakfast. You can have a glass of milk and idly dosa.

    porridge with milkk,jam and banana!!

    whole grain cerel with yoghurt/milk and abanan and nuts!

    it might help to take some fish oils/omega 3 tbalests the nigt ebfore or int he morning with your breakfast!!

    take things like banana that gives you energy!!

    A smoked fish plate with bagel and cream cheese.

    Fish is brain food.

    eggs, fish, nuts, anything high in protein will help you.

    any complex carbs will go right through you. stay away from energy bars.
