what is meant by dietary supplements with high vibrations?
I was doing some online research for supplements that aide in the fight against cancer. Some of the websites visited mentioned certain supplements having a vibration of 320, 680, 3000. I want to know what does this mean and what kind of significance does it have in the use of dietary supplements or disease preventing foods.

It doesn't mean anything. Just a stupid "sciency" sounding word to make a pointless product sound legitimate. The primary result of taking supplements is very expensive pee.
The only way to reduce the chance of getting cancer is plenty of fruit and vegetables, low alcohol consumption, don't smoke and get plenty of exercise.
Only take supplements if a doctor has tested your blood and tells you they are necessary.
