Should I be concerned with plateauing if I only lift weights to stay toned?
Is plateauing only a problem for body builders or will it impact my results as well? I'm already at the size I want.

Plateauing is a term bodybuilders use to indicate a major decrease in the rate of growth.
In your case, since you already have reached your size goals, there is no question of plateauing, just keeping pumping those weights to stay toned and watch your diet.
