When smoking ganja...?
If you're smoking weed with some people and there are others there who may or may not smoke, you have no idea (but you know they're ok with it) and you have plenty to share, would you just skip them in the rotation because you aren't sure or would you just pass them so you don't offend them (like instead of just assuming they smoke)? I'm not "trollin" i'm seriously wondering because I always feel rude if I don't at least offer. If I do, they usually politley decline but I just don't want to offend them because it might be akward for them to ask to get in on it.

Puff puff pass. Whether they puff or just pass is their decision. But you should always pass.

It would be polite to offer once, then skip them after that. Sometimes people who don't smoke will take whatever it is you're smoking and pass it themselves. Either way is fine. I'm sure people have their own reasons for not smoking. As long as you don't pry or make a big deal out of it, which it sounds like you're not, it won't be a problem.
