Can i hold a rude sign at front of a Fast Food Restaurant?

For Ex:

Hold the sign says,

"Don't go to this KFC!, This place got everybody very sick, They put too much Oil and Fat on it and taste so nasty, They do it all the time, Save some "$$$" and eat our places please because it healther, I'm serious!

No i not blocking the drive-thru or anything, i'll stand right next to it.

Update:

If they ask to me leave, (thats mean get off my property).

i'll stand somewhere it close. (not in their property).

Update 2:

Striving for Honesty, i hope your loss it.

I will NEVER open a business because it take forever to recover the cost to open it.

and Health Department is going keep bulling us over and over and over again until forever.

KFC got sued for this! Check it out below!

Update 3:

sure. if you're on their property, they can ask you to leave. if you're right in front of the place on a sidewalk or on the curb then you're on public property and they can't make you leave. have fun.

  • With that wording, you can expect a lawyer to visit you withing an hour. "This place got everyone sick" is clear slander, you can expect to be sued for at LEAST the value of any lost business that day, as well as legal fees.

You CAN protest or make a statement, provided you are not on their property or blocking their customers. You CANNOT make claims of fact unless you can prove them.

Nope. That's slander and it's illegal.

You may not like the food but to say something like that and then put your restaurant's name - not only not legally improper but not morally acceptable. Your business will suffer. Can you prove they put "too much" oil AND FAT ON a product? you're making a pretty specific, although incorrect, statement. Can you prove that THAT PARTICULAR restaurant made EVERYBODY sick?

I hope you lose your business license. You have no ethics.
