how do i upload pdf images to a site where they only accept jpeg, jpg, gif and bmp images?

the images i have are scanned pdf files and hte sites do not accept them. how do i chnage the pdf's into jpg, jpeg, bmp, gif, etc.. images

    or convert the files to the desired type. I agree, it aint rocket surgery

    Scan them and save as jpegs. It aint rocket science
