How do you make eyeliner last in the inner rim of the eyelid?
I use the Buxom Insider Eyeliner on the inner part of the rim on the lower eyelid & was wondering how to make it last longer.

Some people like to blott of excess moisture with a q-tip before they apply. After I apply my eyeliner, I pat down some matte black (or whatever color you use) with an eyeliner brush.

Honestly, all you have to do is go over it 4-5 times, and it WILL fade during the day into a lighter shade, but it won't come off until you wash it off. I wear eyeliner every day, and that's what I do, and it lasts all day long. Also try priming and concealing before hand.

use a liquid liner, this should make it last if not all day, for hours!
