How many people have used or are using student loans?
What is the approximate percentage of people that use/used student loans? Almost everyone I know has them so I'm just curious about how high the percentage is.
And everyone keeps saying, "Get scholarships, get scholarships." but you won't win or qualify for every scholarship you apply for, so it's pretty hard :/

Most students have student loans.
That is true my husband's cousin was a great high school student and went to college to get her bachelor's in nursing and she said she tried for 2 years and applied for many, many scholarships and never got one so she just stopped because it is hard work getting the letters of recommendation, writing essays, etc.
