why are beautiful women?

Greetings. Beautiful women show the world that they have a high self-esteem by their mannerisms and the way they take care of themselves.

It prompts behaviours in certain situations in which they can capitalise on.

Society makes assumptions about beautiful women and men are ingrained to act accordingly to this.

That is why they seem to have an advantage in situations that other women do not.

Evolution and socialization. What we call beauty is your brain's pre-programming. We automatically look for certain things in a mate, and symmetrical features is one of the things we look for. This is something that all species do. Socially we have been trained to reward what has nothing to do with merit, but with the luck of genetics.

As a so-called "average" female, I can tell you that I have never once fallen behind in the "pecking order" because I refuse to. Someone may be better looking than I am, but I can pretty much guarantee that I am better-read, funnier, and more engaging than they are because I had to work for what I got. It's all about the self-confidence, bay-bee. That's where the poise and grace come from. And don't ever let anyone -including yourself- tell you that you're not just as good as the "beautiful" women.

Beautiful women are no more "successful" than other women. The women I know with the best jobs are ordinary looking. The women who are most exciting at parties, social events, etc. are also ordinary looking but have great personalities. You need to do more than look pretty to get ahead in life.

People aren't successful just because they are 'beautiful'. And the average person 'left behind' isn't not beautiful just because they don't have tons of money and such -- it's a little silly to think that way in my opinion.

BUT people with more money do have more opportunities to buy the higher-up beauty products I suppose...

Aside from that, no one is successful JUST because they are beautiful. If you're looking for a quick gain to fame you'll have to be a pretty big sellout, too.

It's not that the beauty makes them successful, but the success makes them want to look more beautiful.

Plastic surgery, aging treatments, modern medicine, and a skewed social view of the world can be attributed to this

They get treated better. It's easier to remained poised when you know everybody is on your side.
