Anyone know why Hopkins is so quick to fight Pascal but refused to fight Dawson?

Bernard Hopkins said himself that he did not want to fight Chad Dawson because it would make the future of boxing look bad if Dawson gets beat by a 44 year old man, @3:05 right here:

Besides Bernard Hopkins has already fought Joe Cazaghe (who is faster than Dawson) so why would Hopkins be scared to fight Chad Dawson?

I agree its all about the dinero. Dawson could not even draw flies if he covered himself with dog sh!t. Hopkins knows that there will come a time when he just wont be able to turn that clock no more. So why not make the most out of it and fight for money.

I wouldn't exactly call Pascal a bigger name than Dawson, maybe they have the same promoters, or Bernard knows he can't beat Chad.

Cus Styles make fights and he cant beat someone as polished as Chad Dawson. He needs someone alil bit rugged like Pascal. No homo.
