How can I still file 2009 my taxes? It is now December 2010.?

My extension was only until October 2010 like everyone else. I have still failed to file my returns. I should be getting a refund rather than owe money anyways. What do I need to do to file. I don't believe I can e-file anymore.

Fill out/print out the forms and mail them in.

You are correct. You can not e-file any longer.

You can file now, but must mail your tax return to the appropriate IRS processing center.

You must file 2009 before you file your 2010 because if you file 2010 first IRS will hold your refund until you file all your delinquent tax returns.

    good luck

You can go to IRS.GOV and download the free forms and instructions to do a paper return. Online filing deadline was the middle of October.

You're right, you can't efile. Print the forms and mail them in.
