Help! Possible miscarriage..?
My blood was taken on Friday and my HCG levels were 945 but the doctors thought i had an ectopic pregnancy because none of them were able too see a baby. Saturday I was scheduled for a more in depth ultra sound and the results were going to be given to me on Monday. Monday I start spotting and my doctor suggests that instead of going to my appointment to go to the ER and I do. They take my blood and my hormone levels had gone down to 840 so they say it is a miscarriage, then I have an ultrasound and they finally see a sac so I am about 4 or 5 weeks pregnant.
About an hour later they do a paps mere and see a blood clot so they take it out..the problem is they don't know if it was the baby because they had seen the sac before in the ultrasound so now they are calling it a possible miscarriage.
What are the chances of the baby still being in me? Did I actually miscarry? Couldn't they have done another ultrasound to see if it was indeed the baby what they took out OR they just didn't want to tell me?
Im 22 andI don't want to have another miscarriage, my first was a miscarriage and my second well healthy and perfect no complications she's almost 3 so I'm just worried. Tomorrow I have another doctors appointment and I'm really hoping for the best.
Thank you everyone for your answers I really appreciate you taking the time to answer.

4-5 weeks and see the sac? Your lucky, they can't see mine :(
I've red online about bleeding, some women bleed heavily and their baby is fine. http://www.netmums.com/pregnancy/Bleeding_in_pregn...

They didn't tell you because they cant be sure yet, not %100 to tell you the baby is there and okay would get up your hopes and it is the worst let down ever, believe me I know.
Even if they did another ultrasound they wouldn't see anything yet to make it certain, they need to wait a little bit longer.
I'm sorry but in the case of blood clots and lowering HCG levels the chances are you will miscarry.
I have been there and know how much you are worried and hurting right now, but there is nothing you can do, nothing anyone can do.
You have to hold on as tightly as possible and cross your fingers that things will be okay.
I'm so sorry for you pain and worry.
Good luck.
