only eating 1000ish Calories a day?

Hi,

So i have been on a diet since May this year and have lost around 17 kilograms, I'm reviewing my diet and exercise regime so i can lose the last 7.

I run 4-5 times per week -an hour or so each session which includes a lot of hill work.

on the weekend i'll end up running just for the pure desire to do it which is really nice because then i run to my local park so sometimes the run can last up to 90 mins or longer.

I walk to and from work 1/2 an hour each way.

I also own a horse so he is ridden for an hour 4 days per week so that and looking after him in general is a lot of hard work.

At the start I was pretty diligent in counting calories but i have learned what will pull me over a days worth and I have learned how much everything has in it.

I'm counting atm and im only consuming around 1000 calories so then I'll eat a little bit more around dinner say have an extra apple or a diet hot chocolate ( its only 45 calories haha)

I really want to get to my goal in say 2 months time and would like some extra pointers on how to get there smoothly- I've started to incorporate weight training twice a week and i've found a hill that i have been doing laps up and down during my run to get my heart pumping more.

I'm a bit worried though that I have slowed down my motabolism since I'm only eating aroun 1000-1200 cals a day- i get to dinner and think oh no ive only had 850 calories i should eat but i'm not really that hungry so I'm scared I have allowed my body to live on just that amount without being hungry... So then i don't want to eat since im thinking im eating in excess to what i can run on...any ideas?

I'm 168 cm tall

66 kiolgrams

and I'm 18 years old if that helps :)

You're problem is the metric system. If you were using something else I'm sure you'd be eating enough calories for an ox. Keep up the good work.

and I have 27 years if that helps :"{<???:K:JOI:
