    Well knowing what type of headache would help you with how to treat it! If it is a sinus headache, you need something for sinus congestion AND pain. I use tylenol sinus (which has sudafed in it for congestion).

    It it is a tension headache, you may do better with ibuprofen (advil, motrin).

    Anyways;

    I looked it up and it is the same as acetaminophen.

    It says ;

    "

    ****The maximum amount of paracetamol for adults is 1 gram (1000 mg) per dose ". So look on the bottle and see how many milligrams EACH tablet contains. If it is under 330 milligrams PER pill, then it is safe to take 3 of them.Also use an ice pak, or cold washcloth to bring you some relief.

    Please ask your doctor or pharmacist first. Make sure they know all the medication and supplements you're taking plus any other over the counter meds.
