ok. the blue screen is called bsod (blue screen of death), assuming that u use windows.
bsod errors maybe caused by some faulty software/hardware/device drivers and there lots of other reasons.
your problem can be invalid ip configuration too, as your wifi connection says limited access.
next time you see a bsod, see what kind of stop message code you have on it. copy it down and come here again.
it is difficult to say what is your real problem due to the little info you have provided.
here is an eg. of bsod :-

It means the wireless connection has been established, but the machine has not been able to configure the ethernet connection through it - eg. it's either not been allocated an IP address, or there is no default route set up.
It could be a wrong password or encryption setting, or Windows has got confused over the network setup. Double check all the connection info - or delete the connection and start again from scratch.
If you go to Network Places then View network connections (or through the Network settings on Vista/W7), you should be able to select the WiFi connection and there should be an option to 'repair' the network. That may help if Windows has messed up the settings.

Turn off any WiFi using products you can in your home that aren't necessary at this time. If you have over 5 products connected to WiFi that eat lots of resources, this can drain your router's connectivity to anything. If you have gaming computers, this majorly eats up the resources.

What happens when you try to connect to the network? Do you see the network name in your list of detected networks? What happens when you double-click on it?

limited connection just means no connection available, what version of windows do you have anyway?
