Yes, they do. At least, they should. The halloween ones did, I took advantage of the +30 health quints for only 775 IP. These chrismas quints are quite good too, 1k IP for a normal 2k IP flat health quint. Quite a nice bargain. I'm thinking of buying them just for the sake of them being collector's items.
