How come Pure Nudism website isn't considered child pornography and illegal?

Have you ever heard of the website called Pure Nudism? I am not sure who operates it. It seems to be featuring nudists from Russia and Eastern Europe that engage in nudity around the Black Sea. The website is in English and seems to be operated by a well financed group of English speaking individuals, possibly Americans. The models appear to be Russian or Eastern European. The website claims to support nudity but in the guise of supporting family nudity seems to feature nude children.

Several of the nude photos, some offered for free to entice people to subscribe to the website for about $30 per month, feature mostly nude children, with young girls favored over boys.

I looking over the legal disclaimers the owners of the site say that people including the child models are not engaged in anything sexual. Is child pornography limited to displaying children engaged in sexual acts? Isn't displaying children nude also considered child pornography? This is not the innocent photo of a child taking a bath. This is full frontal nudity with genitalia exposed with posed child models.

There are also beauty contests for the girls who compete nude for prizes. The families are paid for their children to pose. Some of the parents also pose nude with their nude children.

I thought that showing children nude in posed photographs and paid professionally would be considered child pornography. How is that incorrect?

How come Pure Nudism website isn't considered child pornography and illegal?

Does it complicate things when the website may be operated outside of the country. It looks like the company is operated out of Eastern Europe although they have local distributors in the US.

Update:

It seems a little strange. Yes, most of the photos appear to have the children involved in some activity. They could be drawing something, involved in some activity. It just seems strange that showing a nude child could easily be used used as fodder for pedophiles. The kids are completely nude. No, they are not engaged in any sexual activity. I seriously doubt that most guys would pay $30 a month to look at kids drawing pictures and doing various activities if they were clothed. Nude kids, especially underage girls, seems to be the lure for PureNudism. I imagine that most of their paid clientele are, no doubt, pedophiles. My question remains, given all of this, how can a site that depicts nude children, full frontal nudity, and a paid site with subscribers, be legal? How is that not a kiddie porn site? Logic would follow that guys that subscribe and pay $30 a month to subscribe to this site get off on looking at photos and videos of nude kids. How is this, then, not exploiting the chil

Update 2:

Doesn't child pornography include photos of nude children, full frontal nudity? What about the paid subscription angle? Isn't that considered a red flag that the owners of this for profit business are not doing it for the love of nature? Isn't it obvious that Pure Nudism is catering to a pedophile clientele interested in looking at nude children as a form of sexual gratification? Why would a guy spend $30 a month, over $400 a year to look at beaches and rocks? Don't you think its seeing the nude kids that is the lure of this website? Other websites for nudists show nature shots of the locations without peopling the scenes. If nude people are shown, its consenting adults and most of them are not very flattering to look at.

In PureNudism, the majority of photos display underage children. These are not ugly children. In fact they would be what most people would consider child fashion models, chosen because they are pleasing to the eye. You rarely see a fat nude kid on this site or any ug

There is no black and white answer to this question, it is a complicated subject. I am a nudist and have seen many children at the nudist resorts I go to. I see nothing wrong with that, in fact it seems to foster a self confidence in the children and they enjoy themselves in an innocent fashion. However, no one takes photos or videos at these resorts and posts them on the internet as a paysite. On the one hand, the site you mention appears to be a sincere nudist site, families engaged in normal activities etc, so I don't think the children are suffering any harm. On the other hand, it is certain that some, perhaps many of the subscribers to the site are pedophiles or have tendencies like that and use the site for sexual excitement. This is very abhorrent and despicable, but I don't think it follows that the site should be illegal. The sites are not in anyway sexual or pornographic, the sexual deviancy is in the mind of some viewers, not in the childrens activities or minds. This would deprive the sincere users of the site from access to legitimate nudist material. We don't put people in jail for what they are thinking and I don't think we want to go down that road. All of us sometimes have thoughts we don't want anyone to know.

Well do think back in the time of the cave man the children had clothes on until they were 18?

It is natural to be naked, even if the person is a minor.

There are like 2 kinds of nudist camps.

There is a kind where any sexual activity is prohibited in any place except where an adult man and woman have privacy, and even then, that is not the reason for being there.

Some people who have been nude in such a setting have gotten used to nudity and don't consider not having clothes on to be important.

There is another kind of nudist resort where 2 adults will have sex, there and if someone wants to watch them do it that may be ok with the couple. People don't bring their children to such a place.

Now if you get turned on when you see pictures of naked children, Then this stuff may be considered to be pornography to you. n.b. an image file of a nude child full frontal is not pornography when it is in the possesion of a nudist who used his camera to take the picture, but it is magically transformed into pornograry when it appears on the monitor of a pedophile., but until then it is just some information in cyberspace that a pedophile can use to make pornography.

About a year ago someone else asked a similar question to this. I was shocked that something like this existed and wondered why?

-it turns out there are special conditions to doing this and yes it is legal. This is a subculture, nudists, that has a different line of thinking than many others. It seems as far as children are concerned that the images MUST, and forgive me this is from memory, not be sexually exploitative. The picture cannot focus on the nude minor but must be based on some other object whether it is an activity or physical object.

If you look at the pictures, ALL will include something OTHER than a nude minor. There are definitive rules involving this whether you or I agree or not.

I'm not condoning nor condemning these, they are people with a different view of life and it's not our place to judge them. Yeah, it's a little weird to me but again, who am I?

I accidentally came across this site a while back and immediately thought it was a kiddie porn site. I did some research and they say its not; however, I just stomached their bull and checked it out in depth. They allow some pervert to look at small boys and girls for a while and then ask for membership to keep going; also, they ask the same to watch videos parading these kids. They stick a few grown ups in there, but their main focus is on the kids; even trying to show them in "pageants" if your willing to pay. This site works like a porn site n should either be drastically changed to depict the true nudist lifestyle, or should be shut down to stop lil kids pervs from getting off!!!!!!!

Do the kids look confused or bewildered? No, they look to be enjoying life to the max. Even if not in every photo, it s obvious the parents are with them and enjoying the same non-sexual freedom of attire. Anyone in this lifestyle appreciates the unfettered relaxed naked enjoyment that children display and the kids become an example to the adults of how natural it is to be nude and how unrelated it is to anything at all sexual.

I question how so many people "accidentally" come across Pure Nudism, It does not pop up, you have to be looking for nudity or porn to bring it up. Why are you so shocked, maybe because there are no crotch shots or other deviant pictures. clean yourself before you question real nudest life pictures.
