Anders Lindback question?
So Anders Lindback is available in my fantasy hockey league. my current goaltenders are lundqvist, kippersoff, and craig anderson. I was thinking of dropping anderson for lindback. would that be a good idea?

You will get your minimum starts with King Henry and Kipper, but having Anderson around will likely take a toll on you GAA and SV% numbers. Having Lindback available to plug in when the Preds are playing back to back (likely Rinne would get one of those games off) could help your numbers. You lose possible wins and save totals by dropping Anderson though.
Try dropping a poor performing skater and pick up Lindback. Put Anderson up on the trade block for a decent skater or two and seek out a team in your league with either poor goalies or a team that doesn't have enough goaltending and is barely squeaking by on minimum starts. That's what I would try and accomplish.

This is a tough decision. Rinne just went under arthroscopic surgery, but he just participated in his first practice. He says that he's nearing return and it is up to the medical team and doctors. Barry Trotz, the coach, even went out and said that even though Lindback is playing real well, Rinne is still their No.1 goalie. With this, I'd keep Anderson because he's the No.1 in Colorado. He's a little injury prone, but Lindback won't be getting too many starts once Rinne is back (maybe 1 start in every 3-4 games). I'm not really informed about fantasy hockey pools, but if you could dump Lindback after picking him up later, go for it. If not, keep Anderson.

I think that picking up Lindback right now would be a good move. Especially considering the fact that he's put up back to back shutouts. The Predators aren't the best team but with Lindback, they seem to be winning more behind his strong play.
