Washington, minor in possession?
I am 13 years old. Today I was caught with my friends, smoking pot. The cop is charging me with Possession of Marijuana and Trespassing, both misdemeanor charges. What's going to happen to me? Will I be suspended? Have to go to court? Classes? Be able to get a job until I'm 18?
P.s I have learned my lesson. I am never going to risk that again. From this day on I'm not smoking Weed.

Sigh... it's so sad that Marijuana is still illegal. I don't think you will have an outstanding record when it counts, cause you're only 13 years old. But i could be wrong.
