You don't need a college degree to become a pilot. To be a pilot, you need a pilot's license. If you want to fly commercial planes, you need a commercial pilot's license. They usually offer flying lessons at regional airports. I do know you usually get certified with a private pilot's license when you are in the air traffic controller program at the University of North Dakota if you meant you want to get your license in the process of getting your degree, but there may be others.

Source(s): My brother has his pilot's license, and someone in my extended family is an air traffic controller.
