No. If that happens, the Saints could still win the division, if they win out, and Atlanta loses out. The season series would be 1-1, so it'd go to their divisional record. The Saints would win it, at 5-1, over the Falcons' 4-2.

New Orleans can win out and Atlanta would still clinch the division. That is, unless they lose to Seattle or Carolina as well as to New Orleans, which isn't going to happen. In the event of a tie, they will go down to common game victories. New Orleans lost to the Cardinals and the Browns while the Falcons beat both of them, that will be the tiebreaker. New Orleans will be 5th seed.

Atlanta is currently 4-0 in divisional record, New Orleans is 3-1. If New Orleans wins out and beat Atlanta, both would be 5-1 at the end of the season. After divisional record, it goes to common games.

if that where to happen this weekend, the answer would still be no, or at least not yet. atlanta has seattle this weekend, wich shouldnt be a problem, then the saints on a monday night, then carolina to finish there season. the saints have baltimore this weekend, the atlanta, then they finish there season off with tampa bay. in my opinion i think the saints have a much more harder end of the season then the falcons. i really dont see the falcons overcoming the saints this late in the season. the scores have been getting closer on the falcons games and the saints have been progressing more and more. either way, i think these are two great teams and would be a great threat to any apponent in the playoffs.

yeah, ATL already has the division clinched and won in my opinion....even though the saints are a game behind ATL who beat them earlier in the season. Saints will hopefully lose to BALTIMORE, but they haven't been playing well on offense or defense in the last game.

Yes I think so since the Falcons would have the head-to-head advantage if they both finish 12-4.

Not just yet. If that happens two weeks in a row though the answer would be yes
