Mine is about £10 a week at the moment. I live in a small 2 bed-roomed flat and I try not to have the heating on too much, about an hour in the morning and no more than four hours at night.

it depends on the debt you owe, but a freind of mine puts around £35/£40 a week on his gas nd around £14 a week electric He's on his own in a one bedroomed flat you dont say wether its a house or flat but hope this gives a genral idea
