Is USPS Parcel Post always this ridiculous?

It's been 18 USPS business days (monday-saturday) so far and I'm still waiting for a package from Florida to Pennsylvania. Maybe it's parcel post's usual lazy agenda combined with the holiday season? I called USPS a couple hours ago and got a confirmation, but they haven't called back with more info like they said they would. Thanks.

    Parcel Post is our least priority and is the slowest service. If you wanted it sooner then you should have requested priority shipping. Takes 3 days at most. Or you could have requested a tracking number so you would know exactly where it is. They are only 80 cents.

    One thing people don't realize is that the post office delivers more stuff during the holidays than UPS and FedEx. We deliver over 102 billion pieces of mail every year so yes, we get really backed up during this time of year.

    they are always bad. you should have sent it UPS or Fed Ex. 3 business days from FL-PA guaranteed

    PP can take 30 days or more to deliver
