Lost Schengen and US visa. How do I apply for a replacement?

I am a South African citizen currently in New York City and have lost my passport, containing both a US, UK and Schengen visa. I need to apply for a replacement UK and Schengen visa asap, as I am leaving New York for Florence in 5 days.

Please, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Update:

I have reported the lost passport to the New York transport authorities.

You need to go to the police and report the lost passport, then Monday go to the South African Embassy with passport photos and see what they can do for you on getting a passport fast. I think your SOL on the UK, and Schengen visa. I hope you had the sense to make a copy of your passport. I just don't understand how people can lost such an important documents as their passport.

Go to the consulate of South africa in New York and ask the consulate what the procedures are to replace your passport, be sure to make copies of the Police report you will need some. You will need a new birth certificate for the passport, read procedures links on the page for all issues.

As for the US visa ? Go to the link below and read items in blue :

Please know one thing tough a UK visa is NOT a schengen visa but only for the UK, as the UK does not belong to the schengen zone.

So did you have 3 visas ? Schengen, UK and US ?

I doubt you will be leaving for Florence first of all because you have NO visa and your passport will not be ready that fast. Please take care of the flight ticket also.

Come back if you need more help.

you're a "US resident" in the rebates case see you later as which you will furnish a US handle. in spite of the fact that, because you're retaining the F1, you're actually not to any extent further categorised as US eternal resident. persons who shield the golfing green card belong to this classification. US resident could be not synonymous with US citizen. you should get your rebate see you later as you do not exchange address until eventually now than they deliver it out to you. and individuals do not could be so bitter to a international student who has a rebate question until eventually now purchase!
