Will the A's sign Adrian Beltre or will he sign elsewhere ?

From what I read on the Athletics Nation forum; it sounds like he's only using the A's offer to drive up the offers from other clubs and that he has no intention to sign with the A's. I'm not even sure if our offer is on the table and if it is, it's probably not the best offer because we simply do not have the resources to match what some of these others teams are willing to give.

The A's have offered Beltre the most money the last 2 years so they have the money its just that he doesnt want to come here. I agree with the other guy who said it looks like he is using the A's to drive up the price.

I just read an article about that and it seems like the A's don't have the money to be a serious contender. From the sounds of it, the Angels are the most serious contender, but don't count out the Giants who have a hole in the infield with Uribe leaving.

The Giants wont sign him, they have Kung Fu Panda! The A's wont get him because he simply does not want to go there. He, in my mind will be a Texas Ranger.
