ASUS Z8NA-D6C is not powering up.?

I recently bought off of Newegg the ASUS Z8NA-D6C server combo (http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboBundleDetails.a... I plugged everything in, double checked it. When I press the power button, I get a blip of blue light from the power supply LED, and a split second of power from the fans. Then nothing, it will not do this again unless I power off the PSU and let the motherboard LED go off (yes it is green). Any suggestions? bad PSU or Mobo?

    No way to tell with that little amount of information.

    It sounds more like a short than anything, are you sure there are no loose screws or board standoffs that are making contact with the back of the motherboard?

    Do you get any beep codes?
