Why did my bird die, he was less than 1 year old?
It was less than a year old. He was a budgie. He started making a funny noise on the bottom of the cage then had some sort of fit and died? Has anyone had this happen to their budgies or does anyone know what it could have been?

The only way to know for sure is to get a bird autopsy done. It sounds like it could have been something like a night fright, but I really have no idea. I am sorry for your loss.
