Since this is a gender studies catagory, why is their only discussion of gender-binary men and women?
I've been wondering, while I've been browsing. It's all binary men, binary women, feminism and sexism. Why nothing else on the subject of gender?
I'm not a woman, oddly enough.

Probably an artifact from when this was still called Women's Studies. But I agree that some discussion on the development of gender identity in children, or on androgyny, or on development of gender roles as society develops would be interesting.

There are other questions, there's just too many people on here who want to beat the gong about those topics and the result is the other threads get buried. I'm a crossdresser and I've posted about gender bending and such on here occasionally because I think it belongs here but I usually end up posting in the LBGT page or Fashion pages because at least there my questions may get answered.
You could try posting a question along the discussions you want though.

I love watching women's boobs shake when they run. Discuss that.
