What are some ways to loose weight?

I know I need to loose more that 50 pounds.... What are some things that I can eat/do to loose weight? Also when you loose weight does it boost your self esteem?

    trusted name - Mayo Clinic - figure out your daily needs - (hint - use age 18 if under)

    for calories and just subtract 15%

    I eat 5 small meals a day – always eat fruit away from the main meal UNLESS

    It is your main meal

    drink your water 1/2 oz per pound/day + 8 oz for every 25 lbs overweight

    Walk 30 minutes a day most days a week

    your weight did not go on fast and should NOT come off too quickly

    so – your goal is 2lbs a week – gives the bod a chance to ‘catch up’

    eat your 5 fruits and veggies a day

    junk in (processed foods – soda) and we gain weight

    good stuff in - pushes the junk out - and we get healthy

    you can do it
