sharing an wireless internet connection for xbox 360?
I am trying to share an internet connection with an xbox360. I have desktop pc using a wireless connection from a wireless router. Can I configure my son's xbox360 to share the wireless connection through the desktop pc?
Many Thanks in advance.

If the Laptop has a reasonably recent (XP or later) operating system, it could share it's internet connection... but why would you??
Just connect the x-box wirelessly directly to the router. Same network and password as the PC. Any 802.2 wireless router will handle multiple connections. It's part of the protocol.

You can buy devices that fit onto the back of your xbox that search for wireless internet.
They're quite cheap from places like Game or Currys :)

i think of the rationalization why it does not provide you the choice to share because of the fact you in user-friendly terms have one connection at first, that's your on the spot connection. the two you may run the community Connection Wizard or you may positioned in the drivers to your Ethernet card. as quickly as you have the two community connections obtainable, confirm the connections are actually not bridged and un-firewalled.
