If i buy an iphone 4 now with a 2 yr contract, can i still get an iphone 5 when it comes out?
Im 15 and i want an iphone 4 for christmas but its cheaper with a 2 year contract with att but if we do a 2 year contract and when the iphone 5 comes out nxt year and i want it...will i be able to buy it? do i have to keep the same iphone 4 for 2 whole years? or is it possible to upgrade to the next iphone every year? and how much would it cost?

You will be able to switch to the iphone 5 but it will cost a lot more. You will have to pay the price of the phone without a contract which is sometimes around twice the amount you would have to pay when you buy it with a contract.

Many carriers will not allow you to upgrade until you are at least a year into your contract..You could do it, but pay full price for the newer phone..

The 4S continues to be a robust telephone.... some improvements on the 5, yet when you're operating 4G LTE on the 5, it fairly eats up battery time.... i come around the 4S quick sufficient for me and plenty more less expensive...
