Your cat can have an infection female in the vagina and the male on his penis. Yes it does happen and can cause the female to not get pregnant. A 30 day course of antibiotics (a certain one) is needed to clear it up. The vet cat test the cats and see if that is the problem or not and give you a course of action to take. She may develop an infection in the uterus if not bred.
The only way you are going to find out the real problem is take them both to the vet for a complete work up and health check up. Cultures, blood work and etc.
Since you are not a breeder or pedigree cats (I guess) this is out of the question. A reputable breeder would have had all this done before deciding to breed the pair.

Umm, that relatively is dependent upon once they had been constant. If they had been constant earlier than achieving reproductive years, then the reply is that they would possibly not. If they had been constant after achieving their reproductive years, they will nonetheless have the urge to have intercourse. Side be aware to don't forget. Some male cats constant after achieving maturity have proven an inclination in the direction of homosexuality after being constant. Thought I could provide you with a warning.

Just get them spayed and neutered. If you want more cats go adopt a cat from a shelter.

If you really want to breed her, I'd take her to the vet. She may have an underlying problem, or the male you have is sterile. Cats usually don't have a problem getting pregers.

I dont care what breed your cats might be, but I dont think you should be breeding them, period. There are so many cats out there that are put down every day because there are not enough homes for them. Breeding cats is stupid, selfish, and thoughtless.

Why on earth would you want to impregnate your cats! Aren't there enough homeless out there for you? Get them SPAYED & NEUTERED!
