Are you allowed to mail stamps in a package to someone else in the US?
The person I'm sending the package to doesn't have any stamps of their own, so is it okay to send stamps through the mail?
(Obviously I'm not talking about the one I used to mail it in the first place)

Yes, there's nothing wrong with sending stamps to someone through the mail. There's nothing harmful in it and it's perfectly legal.

Yes people do this all the time. Many parents send stamps to children in college or relatives in the milatary.
