    Hello,

You should be able to resolve this issue by updating your security settings. Here's how:

1.Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button . In the search box, type Internet Explorer, and then, in the list of results, click Internet Explorer.

2.Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.

    3.Click the Security tab.

    4.Click the Internet icon.

    5.Do one of the following:

•To pick a preset security level, move the slider.

•To change individual security settings, click Custom level. Change the settings as desired and click OK when you are done.

•To set Internet Explorer back to the default security level, click Default level.

•Click Reset all zones to default level to clear any custom settings.

6.When you are finished making changes to the security settings, click OK.

Let us know if this does the trick.

    Go into your control panel

Go into your security & settings

Then just reduce the security from high to medium or even low

If you cant find the security tab or how to do this please feel free to reply
